The Cisco SMB Café was born from one simple idea: good conversations form the foundation for strong collaborations. Not a standard marketing program, but a local initiative that brings partners together, inspires, and supports them—in a way that aligns with what you need in practice.

The program explained

The Cisco SMB Café is not a one-off event, but a local program with a clear structure:

  • Phase 1 – Cisco SMB Partner Café (Cisco → Partner)
    The Partner Café is the fixed starting point of the program. Here we bring partners together, share insights, and lay the foundation for further collaboration.
  • Phase 2 – Cisco SMB Inspiration Café (Partner → Customer)
    After the Partner Café, selected and motivated partners can move on to an Inspiration Café. Here, the partner and Cisco invite customers for inspiration, dialogue, and joint market propositions.
  • Phase 3 – Cisco SMB Local Voices
    Local Voices is intended for a select group of partners with strong expertise or clear authority within their field. Together, we make partner and customer stories visible through articles, interviews, and short videos, focusing on content, credibility, and impact.
